TAYLOR ORMOND is a Chicago raised Senior undergraduate studying Fashion/Apparel Design at the Fashion Institute of Technology in New York. She has spent a semester abroad at the University of the Arts London where she had the privilege of learning how to approach design from a European aesthetic.
She has interned for the New York based brand Alice and Olivia where she gained hands on experience in production and sourcing of fabric. Taylor is skilled in experimental drawing, draping, and pattern making techniques. Her custom designs range from everyday womenswear to out of this world, mystical costumes.
In 2014, Taylor won the Martha Stewart Shriek or Chic Haute Halloween Contest. Check out Taylor's portfolio to see more of her work.
